Vacuum hot pressing furnace combines vacuum/atmosphere, hot pressing and high temperature sintering. It is suitable for high temperature hot forming of new materials such as powder metallurgy and functional ceramics, such as transparent ceramics, industrial ceramics, alloy materials composed of refractory metals, vacuum sintering of ceramic materials such as silicon carbide and silicon nitride. Warm sintering can also be used for heat treatment of powder or compact at temperatures lower than the melting point of main components.
